Take Our Survey on Thyroid Eye Disease!
We are conducting an anonymous and confidential survey of people living with thyroid eye disease (TED). This is a unique chance to help those living with TED by simply sharing your experience! The survey takes about 10 minutes to complete and is available using the link below. (The survey – which is hosted on the oneGRAVESvoice platform – was funded by Horizon Therapeutics, but they have no involvement in survey design or data collection).
Completed survey responses will be combined and anonymized to ensure that responses can’t be traced back to any one individual. Our hope is that the results will be published in the medical literature and shared broadly to improve future care and treatment.
