(For example, if you wish to be connected with another patient or family member in a similar situation, we will ensure that both parties agree prior to sharing information.)

GDATF uses Google Analytics to track general geographic and page use information. No personal identifying information is collected.

We only communicate via SMS messaging if you leave a voice mail or fill out a contact form stating that is your preferred method for a response.
