Greater Than Graves’ 2012!
On Tuesday, July 31st, the 2012 Greater Than Graves’ team — Riders Elias McQuade, David Britton, and Keating Tufts, along with support driver David Casinghino — crossed the Golden Gate Bridge in San Francisco to successfully complete their 4,100-mile coast-to-coast bike trip to raise funds and awareness for the GDATF. GTG Founder Michaela Cui was on hand to help the team celebrate, and 2011 GTG rider Ben Weerts completed the final day’s ride from Berkeley to San Francisco.
On Tuesday evening, team members participated in a patient education event at UCSF’s Mission Bay Campus, co-sponsored by the GDATF and the Let’s Face It Together Foundation.
We would like to extend our appreciation to all of the 2012 and 2011 GTG team members for all of their hard work. Thanks also to everyone who donated to the ride and to those who provided sponsorships and in-kind donations.
